Admission Procedure of UET Lahore

Undergraduate Admissions:

UET Entry Test:

• Entry Test is held on last Sunday of August every year.

• Entry Test Result is uploaded on http://www.uet.edu.pk the next day.

Prospectus:

Prospectus is issued every year.

Application for Admission:

• For online application visit the UET site after the Entry Test Result is declared.

• Applications to be submitted within the prescribed duration.

UET Post Graduate Admission:

UET Prospectus: Post Graduate Prospectus is issued every year.

Application for Admission:

• Ph.D. Admission Program starts in September each year

• M.Phil Degree Programs starts in December each year

• Master Degree Programs starts in August each year

UET Merit Lists:

• 1st Merit List is announced a week after the application deadline.

• 2nd Merit List is announced a week after the 1st Merit List.

• 3rd Merit List is announced a week after the 2nd Merit List.

You are directed to report to the STUDENTS SECTION of the University by the date given on the Merit List page during working hours, and submit:

Bank Challan copy No.1 paid in Habib Bank UET Branch/ Online payment receipt in support of the University dues deposited in the Habib Bank Ltd., Engineering University Branch, Lahore A/c No 01280005533303.

Documents as detailed below:

• Medical Certificate Form-II duly signed and stamped by medical officer of any government/semi-government hospital.

• Four attested copies of the most recent photograph.

• Attested certificate of parent/guardian income.

• Original degrees of BSc or BTech and certificates of SSC, HSSC, or equivalent qualification, IBCC equivalence, and DAE along with two sets of attested photocopies of all these documents.

• Original domicile certificate.

• Bio data Form duly completed.

• Undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs. 50.

Fee Submission:

The successful candidate needs not to wait for call letter. On confirmation of admission from UET website, the candidate should deposit the dues at the nearest online branch of Habib Bank Limited

Commencement of Classes:

• Commencement of Classes on first Monday of October of admission year.

• During subsequent years Fall semester starts on first Monday of September.
